Yeah...so playing on just one table got a little boring. So, when the school put a second table in, we had to use it. We combined the two, and MEGA PONG was born. All the rules for our single table ping pong table still apply with the addition of a few new ones.
Each side has 4 slots.
When serving, server must serve to opposing side. The white line of the table on the same side of server is "in".
When in rally the middle two slots can be returned by both players. Players do not have to switch returning.
The two outside slots can only be returned by the player on that side.
Body saves have been introduced. a person can stop the ball with his body, then try and return it back into play. This is only allowed once a game.
Warning: Once a person has played MEGA PONG, they are unlikely to want to return to boring 'ol regular ping pong.
